Envelope has some tears. 27 pattern pieces. Incules transfer for smocking. Front yoked top is smocked below line yoke and buttoned at back. Two-piece collar has corded piping in facing seams. Long set-in sleeves have elastic in casings at wrists forming ruffles. Other back buttoned top is gathered to front yoke, has long, set-in sleeves and contrast cuffs and square collar. Lace edging is included in collar and cuff facing seams. Top with stitched trimmed buttoned front band has self-fabric collar and cuffs trimmed with machine stitching. Suspenders are buttoned under pants front, crossed at back and buttoned to inside of back. Pants have elastic in top hem at back.
