Misses One-Piece Dress with Two Skirts and Jacket, Simplicity 1990. Simplicity Pattern Co Inc, NY. Pre 1963. Misses Size: 12 (B32, W25, H34). Envelope in good condition. At least one pattern style cut. Cutting layout and instructions complete. 14 pattern pieces. Empire look in the dress bodice and short-cut cover-up bolero. Dress features scoop neckline and short kimono sleeves. Bodice front is gathered to fit midriff. Dress either has slim skirt with 3 soft pleats at either side of center front waistline and a vent at lower edges of center back seam or softly pleated full skirt.
